Installation Advice
Porcelain paving should be installed onto a suitable prepared sub-base using a full wet mortar bed. A suitable porcelain paving primer or bonding slurry must be applied to the underside of each slab immediately before laying to achieve the required bond with the mortar.
A flexible exterior jointing grout suitable for porcelain paving should be used. Pavestone recommends an ideal joint width of approximately 5mm. As porcelain is manufactured in batches, mix slabs from different packs during installation where possible to distribute any slight variation in colour and texture evenly across the finished area.
