    Collection

    Do all your branches offer a click and collect service?

    Click and collect is available from our Peterborough, Huntingdon & King's Lynn branches only.

    Our Corby location no longer operates a physical trade counter. However, we continue to supply customers in Corby and surrounding areas via delivery.

    How long after placing an order can I collect?

    You will receive a phone call or email when your order is ready for collection. 

    Orders normally available to collect within the hour. Saturday collections - Please call your selected pickup branch before collection to confirm if your order is ready.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    If you are a credit account customer you can use your account to place the order. All cash customers are required to provide a payment option at checkout.

    How do I collect ?

    Bring your order number to our trade counters.

    Delivery

    Do all your branches offer a Delivery service?

    Yes. We offer a delivery service Monday to Friday from our Peterborough, Huntingdon & King's Lynn branches.

    We continue to deliver to Corby and surrounding areas, although no physical collection is available in Corby.

    Please note: we do not offer Saturday deliveries.

    How much will I need to pay for Delivery?

    We offer a free local delivery service for orders over £50 inc VAT. For all orders under £50 inc VAT a £18.00 inc VAT fuel surcharge will be applied at the checkout.

    What postcodes do you deliver to?

    We deliver building materials across a wide range of postcodes, including areas served from Peterborough, Huntingdon, King's Lynn and delivery-only coverage for Corby.

    How long will my delivery take?

    We aim to deliver your order within 1–2 working days. However, during busier periods, lead times may be slightly longer.

    While we always do our best to meet your preferred delivery date, this may not always be possible due to increased demand or stock movement. If there are any issues or delays with your requested delivery timeframe, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

    Please note we endeavour to deliver your goods to the nearest point of access and this is down to the drivers discretion. We operate a crane offload service and tipper for all loose aggregates, please ensure there is sufficent access for these vehicles. If you are unsure or would like more information then please contact our Transport Office on 01733 340270 Option 2.

    Returns

    How to arrange a collection or to return goods?

    To arrange a collection or to return goods you have purchased through our website, please email us with your request using the Contact Us page. Please include your order number for reference and a brief description of the goods you wish to return.

    Any goods that we are collecting must be in a place that is easily accessible for our delivery vehicles to get to and load. Once goods have been returned to our depot, they will be inspected and refund raised as necessary, this will be processed via original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 working days for this to process.

    A re-stocking charge of 20% will apply to goods that we collect, goods that are returned to our branches in person may be subject to a re-stocking charge which is to be decided at our discretion. 

    What goods do you not accept back?

    Please see guidelines below for goods that we can’t accept back:

    • Any goods that have perished or been exposed to weathering
    • Goods that are past their sell by date
    • Any goods that have been modified, cut or customised for purchase
    • Goods that are not in a sellable condition

    Lifetime Returns Policy
    We’re proud to offer a lifetime returns window at Rose Building Supplies. You can return any eligible product at any time, as long as:

    • It’s in resalable condition (unused, undamaged, and clean)

    • You provide proof of purchase

    • It’s not a discontinued or clearance item

    Please note: Products that are end-of-line, custom orders, or marked as discontinued are not covered under this policy.
