    Suitable for the protection of of many surface including metals, roofing such as corrugated sheet, concrete roofing, felt, fibre cement, corrugated iron, asphalt and wood against Weather damp and water attack. Fast drying, resistant to low concentrations of alkalis and acids and can with stand prolonged oxidation

    Masonry Felt and Roofing applications:

    Product Application Black Bitumen Paint 5ltr:


    EVERBUILD BLACK BITUMEN PAINT is ready for use and should not be thinned. Apply by Paint brush or spray decant only the amount of paint that you can use in one go into a clean paint kettle and refit the lid back on to the tin.


    A minimum of two coats of Bitumen Paint is required, the first coat been allowed to dry this normally takes 2 to 4 hours depending on weather conditions before the second coat of paint is applied.


     


    How to Use:



    1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose material. Remove any rust or flaking paint from metal surfaces for best results.

    2. Stir Thoroughly: Mix the paint well before application to ensure an even consistency.

    3. Application: Apply with a brush, roller, or spray in thin, even coats. Multiple coats may be needed for full protection.

    4. Drying Time: Allow each coat to dry for 4-6 hours before applying additional layers. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying.

    5. Clean Up: Clean tools and equipment with white spirit immediately after use.
