The Concrete Four Way Weathered Pier Cap 305 x 305mm (12" x 12") provides a durable and practical finishing piece for brick and block piers, helping protect exposed masonry from rainwater and weathering.
Manufactured by Supreme Concrete, this precast concrete pier cap features a four way weathered profile, with the top sloping away from the centre towards all four sides. This helps shed rainwater away from the pier below rather than allowing water to remain on the exposed masonry surface.
The traditional grey concrete finish makes it suitable for a wide range of garden, boundary and entrance wall projects, while the square 305 x 305mm size is commonly used on smaller masonry piers.
A four way weathered pier cap has a raised centre with sloping surfaces falling towards all four edges. This design helps rainwater run away from the centre of the cap and off every side of the pier.
This makes four way weathered pier caps particularly useful for exposed masonry piers where protection from standing water and prolonged weather exposure is important.
Install the pier cap on a suitable mortar bed, ensuring it is centred correctly on the masonry pier and provides a suitable overhang around the edges.
As a precast concrete product, slight variations in colour, surface texture and appearance can occur between individual units and production batches.
