Restec Flexitec GRP Roof Resin Dark Grey 10kg

This 10kg dark grey resin combines the strength of fibreglass with the flexibility of liquid coatings. When used with Flexitec primer, powder hardener and 225g/m² CSM matting, it forms a seamless, durable roofing membrane with a life expectancy of up to 20 years.

Coverage of Restec Flexitec GRP Roof Resin Dark Grey 10kg:

• The recommended application rate is 0.85L/m² for the first coat and 0.5L/m² for the second coat.


• When used with 225g/m² matting, a 10kg tin covers approximately 5m², allowing for around 10% wastage.

Application

• Add Flexitec powder hardener at 2–4% by weight, depending on the temperature.


• Porous surfaces such as felt, asphalt, concrete, timber and PVC should be primed first with Flexitec 2020 Primer.


• Apply the resin in two coats with 225g/m² CSM reinforcement. Typical walk-on time is around 30–60 minutes.


• Clean tools with acetone after use. Gloves and eye protection should be worn during application.
