How to Apply Pavestone Porcelain Paving Protector
Before application, ensure the porcelain surface is completely clean, dry and free from dirt, grime, cement and grout residue.
Apply the protector evenly using a broad paint brush, foam roller or suitable low-pressure sprayer. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 30 minutes before applying a second coat. Pavestone recommends allowing the treatment to cure for a minimum of one hour before grouting or pointing.
Once the paving has been pointed, the grout has dried and all residue has been fully removed, a further coat can be applied across the paving and joints if required.
Removing Stubborn Installation Residue
Pavestone Porcelain Paving Protector is designed to help prevent residue becoming difficult to remove, but specialist products may still be required if cement, grout or resin residue has already dried onto the paving.
