Polycon’s Threshold Luxe documentation uses the End Cap Outlet as the horizontal outlet option at the end of the channel run, with a 50mm outlet connection. It is the right counterpart to the standard End Cap when the drainage run needs to discharge into pipework rather than simply terminate.
